Rainbow Carers Cuppa Peer support Group is for someone like you who also supports a person with their daily living tasks and community connection. You may be supporting your child, sibling, parent or friend. If this is you then this group is for you.
At the Hub there are different things to do, have a massage in the Massage chair, share a cuppa and a sandwich / biscuit, do a craft, knit or crochet a Square for charity.
Each week there will be an activity to do or you can do nothing at all and just enjoy the atmosphere and meet some new people.
This Week: Henna Body Art
This is an informal group to allow you to meet people that are doing what you may be doing and experiencing what you may be experiencing yet still recognising each persons individual journey.
We ask that you RSVP for space reasons and for craft supplies.
We look forward to seeing you at the Carer Hub.
Carer Gateway Wellways recognise a Carer as a family member or friend who supports someone living with mental health, addiction, long term injury, disability or frailty. We offer FREE supports to Carers including counselling, coaching, financial coaching, in-person peer support groups, emergency respite and more.
Carers can also access Carer Gateway services in our Carer Hub at Campbelltown, register to have access to services with our Age Care Navigator, Financial Coach, Vocational Coach or to receive supports from our partners like Dementia Australia, Little Dreamers, Relationship Australia and My Dementia Companion App for FREE.
Whether you’re looking for support, information, or just someone to talk to, we are here to help. Carers can stop by for guidance on navigating services, connecting with local supports, or discussing challenges in a relaxed and welcoming space. No appointments needed - drop in and say hello!
